Cottage food labeling requirements in Tennessee

Verify every requirement with the official agency cited below before producing or selling food.
Each package of cottage food sold in Tennessee must include:
- Name, home address, and telephone number of the producer
- Common or usual name of the homemade food item
- Ingredients in descending order of predominance
- "This product was produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens."
